Patricia Anne "Pat" Doerr, 74, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born in Detroit, MI, Pat was a teacher with FWCS for 37 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and Choir, as well as serving as a past Deacon. She was also a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma sorority. Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Robert Doerr of Fort Wayne; son, Tim (Kendra) Doerr of Fort Wayne; grandchildren Colin, Alexander, Jaxon, and Phoenix Doerr; brothers, James (Cyndy) Gallacher of Everett, WA, John Gallacher, and George (Mary) Gallacher both of Fort Wayne. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, James and Margaret Jane Gallacher. Service is 11:00 am, Saturday, January 23, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church, 300 W. Wayne St. with calling one hour prior, Rev. Jeff Lehn officiating. Calling at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road Friday, January 22, 2016, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Entombment in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
