Patrick enjoyed, music, porch sitting, and living life. He is survived by his daughter, Bobbie Jo Phillips; son, Sheldon (Corrina) Breisch; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Pam (Gregg) Farrell; special friend, Sharon Hammon; and family and friends. Also preceding him in passing was his sister, Linda Ellis; and brother, Donny Saunders.
A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Friday, September 24, 2021 at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home 1327 N. Wells Street Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior.
