
Paul H. Lichtsinn, 89, of Ft. Wayne passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Coventry Meadows. Born July 26, 1921 in Ft. Wayne to the late Henry and Iva (Flesher) Lichtsinn. He retired from General Electric in November of 1984. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 739, American Legion Post 241 and 40 & 8. He served in the Marines during WW II in the Pacific and Korea. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a great outdoorsman. He also enjoyed woodworking, tinkering and was truly a Mr. Fix It. He is survived by his wife, of 64 years, Helen J. (Demski) Lichtsinn; his children, Vicki (Kerry) Blauvelt of Ft. Wayne, Renee (James) Prochniak of Racine, WI and Debbie (Bruce) Hall of Ft. Wayne; his sister, Ruth Vatalaro of Santa Rosa, CA; his grandchildren, Wendy (Scott Woods) Blauvelt, Christopher (Julie) Blauvelt, Kelly (Scott) Parrot all of Ft. Wayne, James Prochniak, Patrick (Amanda) Prochniak all of Racine, WI and Madison Hall of Ft. Wayne; great grandchildren, Aiden, Jillian, Camden, Lucas, Alaina and Carter. He was preceded in death by his brother, Walter and sisters, Dorothy and Ruth. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM, Saturday, November 6, 2010 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 2304 Lower Huntington Rd., Ft. Wayne with calling 1 hour prior to service. Visitation will also be from 4 – 8 PM on Friday at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
