

Randy was born on November 13, 1957, to Vincent and Constance Olry in Fort Wayne, IN. He graduated from Northside High School in 1976 and upon graduation, Randy joined the Marine Corps Service where he proudly served our country from 1976-1988 and was a part of the Marine Corps wrestling team. He also attended Purdue University for engineering.
While stationed in the Philippines, Randy met Maria Teresa Brion and they wed in 1979. The couple lived in California, North Carolina, Colorado, and Indiana when he was stationed in the military, eventually residing in Fort Wayne to raise their kids. In 1988, Randy worked at GTE where he met his longtime friend, Mike Brennan. Randy eventually found his way into the car business, becoming a Top 5 in the nation Daewoo general manager and prominent subprime financing guru in the Fort Wayne area. He proudly opened his own car lot, Anycredit Auto Superstore, in 2012. He passed his knowledge of the car business to his son, Quincy, who followed in his father’s footsteps.
Randy enjoyed playing pool, watching sports (Colts, Pacers, Reds, IU, Notre Dame), listening to classic rock music, and spending time with his kids and grandkids. He had a heart of gold and enjoyed helping others. A jack of all trades, Randy excelled at fixing vehicles and electronics and flipping houses. He proudly attended school events with his grandkids and genuinely wanted to make others better.
Randy is survived by his ex-wife, Maria Olry of Fort Wayne, daughter Elizabeth Olry of Fort Wayne, and sons Quincy Olry (Lori) of Bremen and Andrew Jackson Olry of Fort Wayne and seven grandchildren, Kanoa Olry, Melia Olry, Ezra Olry-Liepold, Brynlee Olry, Ashlyn Olry, and Bennett and Annaliese. Randy is also survived by sister, Joy Olry of Fort Wayne, and brothers David Olry of Fort Wayne, Rich (Rebecca) Olry of Yoder, IN and Jeff (Robin) Olry of Fort Wayne, IN.Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Constance Olry and sister, Karen (Vic) Meisner.
A celebration of life will be held for Randy on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 3-5PM, with a memorial service starting at 5PM, at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46808. Donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
