Rhonda Lynn Brink

Rhonda Lynn Brink, 75, of North Webster, IN, passed away March 12, 2026, at Parkview Hospital Randallia. She was born on May 12, 1950, in Fort Wayne, IN, to the late Roscoe F. and Ann M. Gebhart (nee Wade). She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1968. Rhonda married her love, David Kurt Brink, September 23, 1978, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne, IN.

She worked for Lincoln National Life in Fort Wayne for nearly 40 years. In her retirement, Rhonda volunteered, and was a dear friend to so many, at the American Legion Post of North Webster, IN. Her incredible kindness and generous soul were felt and known to all, including strangers.

Rhonda brought people together and made anyone who walked through her door feel at home. She was known to all as a great cook, and she always welcomed friends and family with plenty of home-cooked food. She shared her love for baking and dessert making with her children and grandchildren by regularly making treats with them. She also loved spending time on the water with family and friends at the lake.

Rhonda is survived by her daughters, Christine (Jim) Barlow, Leah Brink, Gina (Bruce) Curry, her grandchildren, Quinn, Bayli, Theo, and Emerson, great-grandchildren Nayeli and Jahseh (Bayli), her beloved sister Cindy Gebhart and brother Mike (Susan) Gebhart, brother-in-law, Bo (Barb) Brink, sisters-in law Lois (Ken) Braatz, Annie Roth, her nephews and nieces and their families, including Zachary, Becky, Matt, Genny, Andy, Carl, Clare, Catherine, Tim, Chris, and Dave. She was preceded in death by her soul mate of 27 years, Dave, February 8, 2005, and her brother-in-law, Homer Roth. We know that she would want no sorrow, please smile for dear Rhonda, she is with our Father in heaven and her dearest Dave.

Private burial at Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne.
