Richard L. Cummings, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2012. Born March 24, 1937 in El Paso, TX, he retired in 1992 after 30+ years with the US Post Office. Surviving are his two daughters, Rebecca "Becky" (Allen) Bye, of Chino, CA and Sharri Eiseman, of Las Vegas, NV. Private services.
