Richard Roy Stephen, 74, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born August 30, 1946 in Los Angeles, Calif., he was a son of the late Roy William and Helen Frances (Palusinski) Stephen. Richard served in the Unites States Navy and retired as a truck driver-owner/operator. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Grace Stephen of Fort Wayne; son, Anthony William Stephen of Los Angeles, Calif.; grandson, Jeffrey Scott Stephen II of Los Angeles, Calif.; great-grandson, Ezequiel B.
