Ron is survived by his brother, Thomas (Cindy) Weinman; his sister, Karen (Gary) Hemsoth; his daughter, Michelle (Adam) Cain; and his beloved grandchild, Asher.
An avid mechanic and fisherman, Ron had a remarkable ability to fix just about anything with a motor. He especially cherished fishing for bluegill at Snow Lake and the trips to Canada he shared with his father and brother.
Ron held strong political convictions and was outspoken in his opposition to Donald Trump and everything he believed Trump represented. He never hesitated to voice those views to anyone willing to listen. Known as a lifelong packrat, Ron saved every prop, tool, or automotive part that might one day be useful—a reflection of his practical nature and belief in making do with what you have.
In accordance with Ron’s wishes, he will be cremated, and no services will be held.
