Ronnie J. Jones

Ronnie J. Jones, 57, of Fort Wayne passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Lutheran Hospital. Ronnie was born on September 9, 1966 in Fort Wayne to the late Simpson and Lucile (Davis) Jones. Ronnie loved collecting Matchbox cars and had them scattered throughout his home. He could be found sitting in front of the television watching WWF, or reading his Bible. His love for his family was known and felt by them all. Ronnie will be deeply missed by all his friends and family. Ronnie is survived by five brothers, Harold (Robyn) Jones, Jimmy Jones, Tony (Sharon) Jones, William (Sara) Jones and Cubby Jones and one sister, Marie (Steve) Wayman. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Simpson and Lucile; two brothers, Chucky and Tim; two sisters, Judy Detrow and Shirley Turner. Visitation will be Friday, May 3, 2024 at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home, 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46808. Cremation will follow.
