Russell James Heath, Jr.

Russell James Heath, Jr., age 73 passed away on Sunday November 3, 2019 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home. Russell was born October 23, 1946 in Ashtabula, Ohio to the late Russell Heath, Sr. and Wilma Jean Sabo. Russell was a loving father of 14 children, 27 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. He was an honorable Vietnam Veteran, having enlisted into the United States Army at the age of 17. Russell also worked for the Railroad as a driver. He made a hobby of being a Ham radio operator. He leaves behind his children, Mellisa, Kevin, Russell James III, Tina, Joanna, Andrew, Phillip, Stephen, Matthew, Heather, Stuart and Katheryn; and Ex-wife, Donna Ruth. Along with his parents, Russell joined in Heaven with his step father, Andrew Sabo; his two sons, Micheal and Joesph; and ex-wife Cora Joan. A visitation for Russell will be held Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Klaehn, Fahl, & Melton Funeral Home, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819, with a funeral service starting at the funeral home. Burial will occur Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
