Sharon D. Abla, 88, of Fort Wayne, passed away on December 7, 2025. She was born on June 1, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of the late Cletis and Leah Ruth (Medley) Walls. Sharon is survived by her children, Keith (Dorothy) Abla, Nariza McKee, Nick (Susan) Abla, and Leah Abla; grandchildren, Aaron (Angie), Jordin, Jesse, and Nichole (Craig); great-grandchildren, Josie, Sofie and Raidan; sisters, Flo, Lonnie, Linda, Peggy, and Lorri; brother, Steve; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ron and Danny; and sister, RuthAnn. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Advantage Funeral & Cremation- Highland Park, 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825, with visitation beginning at noon. Burial to follow the service at Highland Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.
