Simon was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. He enjoyed visiting Dallas to see the stadium and enjoyed being in Texas to visit family and friends.
In his spare time he enjoyed listening to oldies and spending time with his grandson. He will fondly be remembered as a loving and caring man. He was accepting of everyone he met, never judging anyone, and opening his heart to his friends that became family.
He is survived by his children; Brandy, Bobby, Simon, Gabriel, Sue Ellen, and Ricardo; grandchildren, Treyven and Ja'Vonni; aunt, Tomasita G. Esquivel. He also leaves behind many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
A visitation will be held from 3 to 5 pm on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN.
