Susan Ann Clark, 68, passed away January 10, 2023 at Englewood Health and Rehabilitation in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born May 5, 1954 in Fort Wayne, IN, the daughter of the late Russell J. and Ethel J. Shive.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking, being outdoors and the wonders of nature, and watching Dr. Pol but her passion in life was spending time with family and friends.
Susan is survived by her children, Ann (Jason) Art, John (Stephanie) Clark Jr., Christina (Damion) Royal, Beth (Jermine) Wells, and Michelle Clark, all of Fort Wayne, IN; brothers, Larry, David, Richard Shive, 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 1:30 pm Tuesday January 17, 2023 at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home 8325 Covington Road, with visitation one hour prior. Burial to immediately follow in Fort Wayne Catholic Cemetery, 3500 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN. Memorials may be made to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
