Dear Pauline and family, My best memories are of Susie as a little girl: Fran Holmes, Susie and myself, Caroline, swimming at Lake James. I am very saddened.

Dear Sue,
When I look back at my life and all the fun and happy times you were always there with me, from grade school, shopping every weekend which consisted of buying a new poster, an album, make-up and always the newest shampoo. I will never forget in high school all the sleepovers, trips to the lake (where we tried to beat our record time of making it to Lake James in 32 minutes!), or the time that you caught your parents couch on fire and you were so worried and I told you just turn the cushion over and if your mom finds it just blame it on Mark! I will never forget our senior trip to Acapulco when we thought all the beer and alcohol in the hotel refrigerator was free so of course we helped ourselves and were amazed everyday when the cleaning lady filled it up again. We thought that was really great until my dad recieved the bill for all of it when we checked out! You were my Maid of Honor, my first daughters Godmother and one of the best friends a person could ask for. I miss you and love you.

Susan and I met around the third grade.  We always had the best times together.  She was like a sister to me.  The Kiproff's always treated me like family -  included me in so many activities from swimming, going to their lake cottage, Macedonian Balls, Spring Break in the Bahamas and coming over Christmas night when they already had a house full of family.  We lost touch for a while after she moved to Florida but reconnected after she moved back.  Then lost touch again after I moved, but saw her a few times when we came back to town.  Her mom always had to keep her eye on us as we liked to cause trouble.  I can still hear her mom say “You girls be nice to Marty” as we would be harassing my husband and Sue would let out that infectious laugh.  I remember starting way back in grade school we couldn't wait to watch “The Sound of Music” together every year.  Susan was sweet, kind and generous.  Our love, thoughts and prayers are with the entire family during this difficult time – just remember she is at peace now.

I PRAY FOR YOUR WONDERFUL  JOURNEY TO YOUR LORD SUSAN.  YOU GAVE US HAPPINESS WHILE YOU WERE WITH US AND WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOUR BEAUTIFUL  INNOCENCE.  I AM SO GLAD YOU HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE YOUR MOTHER COUNTRY WITH MY DAUGHTER AND MY MOTHER AND SHARED THEIR LOVE.

To The Kiproff Family, I am so sorry for your loss.  Susan and I were friends during our grade school years and again were "movie buddies" late in high school.  I have many fond memories of spending time at Susan's home in grade school playing, pretending, and of course, lots of swimming.  I still remember her smile and her laugh.  Susan and her mother always made me feel so welcome. I just remember ALWAYS being able to be myself around Susan.  I'm a better person for having known her.  Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Susan and I were friends at CH. We often sat together at lunch, and joked on the back porch. I went on a mobile outreach to her at her apt. and she and I really talked. I would always ask straight forward how she really was, and she NEVER complained. I will really miss her. My sincere condolences to you.

Susan will be greatly missed at the Carriage House SHE WAS A GREAT INFLUENCE IN THE R.O.K. unit.

My heart and prayers go out to Mark and the entire Kiproff family.  Mark loved his sister immensely and is most definitely the comfort she needed most at the right time.  Susan is now painless and without struggle...may comfort in knowing she is with God make the transition easier.

Sue, You were such a great friend. How would I have ever made it through Miss Ellenwoods class without you?! May you rest in peace. You will be truely missed.You and your family are in our prayers. Hugs, Jeanne

Although I went to school with Mark, I never was blessed to meet Susan until last year. Her unique way of looking at things opened up a whole new world for me, while I admire the way Mark looked out for Susan. Mark is the example of why I always wanted a Big Brother.

I will miss Susan, and so will the Heathens. The Heathens loved hearing about Susan and stealing on to my computer to write letters to her. Rest in peace, dear Susan, we will join you soon. Mark and family, it is so hard to be glad when a family member has joined God -- even though through our beliefs we know we will see Susan one day soon and she is now out of pain. My deepest sympathies to each and every one of you as you wait to see her again. I too share your sorrow and your excitement for the day we are all together again.

Susan was very genuine; I loved that about her.  She was funny and loving, and I enjoyed having a big/little sister relationship with her.  My sincerest love and condolences to the entire family.

Sue and I were friends in high school.  She had a wonderful great laugh that came easily, and she was very fun loving.  Sue was extremely generous with time for her friends; she was always very giving.  In later years whenever our paths crossed, she was always so kind and thoughtful.  I am so fortunate to have known Sue, and I was very fortunate to have her as a friend.  My condolences to all of Sue's family and loved ones.  May Sue rest in peace.    -Mike Post
