Susan "Susie" Patricia Koch, 63, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Byron Health Center in Fort Wayne. Susan was born in Gary, Indiana. Surviving are her siblings, Larry (Jane) Koch of FL, Judy (Sam) Lashure of Monroeville, In, Jerry (Dorothy) of Fort Wayne, In, and Tom (Sandy) Koch of Columbia City, In. Susie was preceded in death by father, Robert Koch and mother, Portia Koch. Graveside service is 10:00 am, Monday, March 12, 2018 at Catholic Cemetery, 3500 Lake Avenue.
