Sylvia J. Porsch

Sylvia J. Porsch, age 79, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Angola, Indiana. She was born on August 7, 1945 to the late Dale S. and Marietta A (Enderle) Porsch. Sylvia will be remembered for her love of baked goods, such as cookies, and her love of music. Sylvia was a resident at Northern Lake Nursing Home for almost 12 years, where she was able to enjoy her favorite things: cookies, music, and visiting with family and friends. She is survived by her brothers, Gregory D. (Deanna E.) Porsch and Mark A. (Lora A.) Porsch; nephews, Christopher J. (LeighAnn) Porsch and Dale W. (CaSara A.) Porsch; and great-nephews Maverick G. Porsch and Kollin W. Porsch. There will be a visitation held on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and Tuesday, March 17, 2025 at 10:00am to 10:30am at C. M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46808. A funeral service will occur on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 11:00am at Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 1500 West State Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46808 with burial at Catholic Cemetery to follow. Memorial contributions may be made out to Queen of Angels Catholic Church.
