Walter York, 85, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday January 28, 2016. He was born to the late Ralph and Elsie York on October 19, 1930 in Highland Park, MI. Walter was raised in Danville, IL and later married his wife Mary on January 2, 1976. He was owner of York Safety Parking and York Roofing and in his 70’s was a delivery boy for East of Chicago’s Pizza in Leo , IN. He is survived by his wife's children, Jerry (Jane) Kroskie and Pat (Howard) Grams. Funeral Service will be at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home 1327 Wells St. on Wednesday February 3, 2016 at 11am with calling 1 hour prior. Burial at Covington Memorial Gardens.
