He was the president of UAW at International Harvester and President Cap Council of Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.
He helped organize P.B.A of Fort Wayne. In his spare time and in his retirement he sold at the Shipshewana Flea Market for the last 34 years.
He is survived by his children, Lorna Watson and Blaine (Terri) Watson; grandchildren, Toni Clark, Stephanie Priest and Stacy Crisp, Stephen Clark; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, June Watson.
Services will take place at a later date.
