WILLIAM EDWARD WELLS, 81, of Fort Wayne, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, at his home. He was born on June 5, 1933 in Fort Wayne. He is survived by his sons, Stephan (Margaret) Wells and Timothy Wells; daughters, Victoria (Rocky) Stanley-Wells, Jenna (Paul) Wells, Cindy Wells, and Debbie Wells; son, Gary Wells; daughters, Lynn Miller and Dee Richhart; sister, Beverly Scott; and an excess of over 20 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Wells; sons, Arthur, Samuel and William Wells Jr.; and brother, Samuel Wells. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, 2014, with calling one hour prior, at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 Wells St., Fort Wayne. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at the funeral home.
