WILLIE T. GARCIA, 88, of Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home. Born June 23, 1925, in San Antonio, Texas, he was the son of the late Ysidro and Juana (Terrazas) Garcia. Surviving are sister, Evelyn G. Escobedo; niece and caregiver, Carmen J. Larranaga; and a host of nieces of nephews. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Alex and Albert Garcia; and sister, Minnie Garcia. Service is 1 p.m. Friday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home with visitation starting at 11 a.m. Fr. Joseph Gaughan officiating.
