Adan Chavera Jr.

A Visitation for Adan will be held Monday, June 24, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Rita Catholic Church, 5550 E Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76112, follow by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.

Adan Chavera Jr. was born in Alice, TX to Adan Chavera Sr. and Dominga Gonzalez on February 13, 1945. He married Olga Zamora on November 7, 1970 in Snyder, TX. He graduated from DeVry Technical Institute. He worked as an electrical technician for Oncor for 33 years. He was a huge sports fan and loved all the local teams but especially the Texas Rangers. He never met a stranger, especially Park Rangers.

He loved to go camping with his family at National and State Parks. Adan was always helping people and charities out without anyone knowing. He served at St. Rita Catholic Church as Usher. We will miss him so much, but it brings joy to our hearts knowing he is reunited with his True Love, our mom.

Adan Chavera Jr is preceded in death by his wife Olga Chavera.

Adan Chavera Jr. is survived by his children Nina, spouse Joe, Adrian, Merlinda and Abran spouse Courtney; Grandchildren Christopher, Kyra, Justine spouse Angel, Emily, Johnny, Jason, Alicia, Alayna, and AJ; Great Grandchildren Jayce, Lucien.
