He is lovingly remembered by his daughter Rosalinda Fly (Everett); grandchildren: Jon Medrano (Allison), Kevin Medrano, Christopher (Ana) Holguin, Johnny Holguin, and Roland Holguin. Great grandchildren: Amanda, Charlotte, Jon Luke, Joshua, and Oliver.
He is preceded in death by his father - Calixtro Medrano, mother - Elodia Medrano, son - Alfonso Jr. Medrano, brother, Oscar Medrano, and sister Adela M. Narro.
A Memorial Service with military honors will be held at Fort Sam National Cemetery in San Antonio Texas; Wednesday August 9, 2023 at 2:00pm.
