Alice was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 5th, 1944.

She was preceded in death by her husband J.W. Smith.

She is survived by her son Robert (Deana) Watkins, son Rand (Janice) Watkins, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and sister Jane.
