Alicia Rodriguez

A Visitation for Alicia will be held Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Laurel Land – Rose Hill Funeral Home, 7301 East Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76112, with a Liturgy of the Word Friday, November 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM, with the Deacon Alan Vu of Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, officiating. Burial to follow at Laurel Land - Rose Hill Memorial Park.

Alicia was born in Aguascalientes, Mexico to Jose Lopez Aguilar and Esther Garcia de Lopez on August 1, 1927. She went to school at San Luis Potosi, SLP, Mexico. She married Jose Refugio Rodriguez on May 19, 1949, in San Luis Potosi, SLP, Mexico. She dedicated her life to the care of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family.

Alicia is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and sons, Jose Rodriguez and Gerald Rodriguez.

Alicia is survived by her children, Socorro and Cesar Ramirez, Carlos and Angeles Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Alicia Goostree and Lorraine Barba. Her grandchildren, Alejandro Ramirez, Tanya Ramirez, Gabriela Ramirez, Alexa Rodriguez, Stephen Barba, Sophia Barba, and Riley Rodriguez. Her great-grandchildren, Nicholas Moniz and Syhir Jackson and extended nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Pallbearers will be Carlos Rodriguez, Cesar Ramirez, Miguel Rodriguez, Leonardo Ortiz, Jose Negron, Alejandro Ramirez, Stephen Barba, and Richard Hernandez.
