Annie Laura was born December 28, 1940.
She completed her formal education and later began working for the Veteran's Affairs Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Los Angeles, California; Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. She retired after working 28 years. She married Leon L. Woody in 1972. She rededicated her life to Christ and joined Central Arlington Church Of Christ. She was faithful until her health declined.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon; parents, Samuel N. and Elizabeth Bridges; and six siblings. She leaves to cherish her memories daughters, Debra D. Bridges and Juanita M. Bridges; one sister, Mary Mickels; and one brother, Richard L. White; and a host of other relatives and friends.
