Services: Rosary Service Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012 at 7pm at Shannon Rose Hill Chapel. Funeral Mass on Friday , October 19, 2012, 2PM at St. Rita Catholic Church, 5550 E. Lancaster, Fort Worth, Texas.
Memorials: Arlene was a long term survivor of Breast Cancer and throughout her illness she was active in her professional career as a Healthcare Administrator and a dedicated community volunteer. At the time of her passing she was on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society, Fort Worth Division. In honor of her lifes work donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
Survivors: Arlene is survived by her parents, Mr & Mrs. Edgar Noel of Windber, PA, her husband, Justin R. Ormsby, a daughter Amanda n Bennett, of New Haven, CT, three sisters: Jackie Quagliotti of Pittsburgh, PA, Cathy Dedea of Dublin , OH, and Joyce Noel of Windber, Pa, and a brother, Wayne Noel of Fredericksburg, VA. Arlene also had an extended family of nieces, nephews, and close friends from around the US.
