Barbara Joyce Eads

Barbara Joyce Eads passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022. She was born February 27, 1936 in Haskell, Texas to James and Dora Reed. Barbara, more commonly known as “Grandma”, grew up in Dublin, Texas and graduated from Dublin, High School. She married Zelvin Eads on November 13, 1958. Her Greatest Accomplishment was being a mom and a grandmother and raising a wonderful family who will carry on her legacy. Grandma loved sitting outside watching the birds and her grandkids play. She also enjoyed cross stitching and crocheting. Anytime family gathered was her favorite time of year.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children Ivette Eads and life partner Whitney Wise, Son Bart Eads, four grandkids, Jeane Rodriguez and husband Arthur, Collin Eads and wife Kylie and Raegan & Ashlyn Wise. Along with 6 great grandchildren, Carlie, Landon, Memphis, Blake, Kendall, and Madison.

She is preceded in death by her husband Zelvin Eads, parents James and Dora Reed, brother James Reed and his wife Anne.

Visitation for Barbara will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Laurel Land Funeral of Fort Worth from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. A celebration of life graveside service will be held on Saturday January 8, 2022 at 2:00PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth
