

Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at The Hills Church of Christ (North Richland Hills campus), with Mr. Mike Washburn, Mr. Larry Calvin and Mr. John Wilbanks officiating. Burial: Bob will be laid to rest in Bourland Cemetery in Keller. Visitation: The family will receive friends 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday in Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel.
Bearers of Mr. Stambaugh's casket will be Larry Dunlap, Coyt Dunlap, Bob Manning, Gary Liggett, Stan Stephens and Jim Williamson.
Memorials: The family requests memorials be made in Bob's honor to the Community Enrichment Center Food Pantry, or to your favorite charity.
Mr. Stambaugh was born to Alva "A.E." and Bertha Rea Motley Stambaugh on Jan. 10, 1936, in Bowie. Bob had his primary education in the Bowie school district and graduated from Bowie High School in 1954. Following high school he joined the 49th Armored Division, National Guard, from 1954-1961 and entered Abilene Christian University where he graduated 1958. In 1961 he was mobilized into the U.S. Army during the Berlin Wall crisis until 1962. In 1965, he started a longtime career with Bell Helicopter as an accountant, and in 1999, he retired after 34 faithful years of service.
Bob was a member and served as a deacon for Richland Hills Church of Christ, and served as treasurer on the Board of Trustees for Fort Worth Christian School. For the last five years, he enjoyed volunteering at the North Richland Hills Community Enrichment Center Food Pantry. Bob had, for the past several years, been an avid fan of TCU sports.
Survivors: His wife, Donna; daughter, Carol and her husband, Chris Frailey; grandchildren, Kaeden and Cole Frailey; and numerous other family members and friends.
