Carolyn was born March 8, 1943, to Cecil and Maggie Ramsey in Waco. A graduate of Paschal High School, she worked at University of Health Science Center in medical bookkeeping. She was a member of the Evangel Temple in Wichita Falls, and had been a member of the Humane Society of North Texas since 1964.
She was preceded in death by husband, Ray Lee Miller, and her parents.
Survivors: Sister, Martha Sue Wiesman and husband, James, of Wichita Falls. Her extended family; Freddy and Tina Rodriquez of Burleson, Juan Moreno of Fort Worth and Maria Moreno of Kileen. She was known as Grandma Carolyn to them. She also leaves her beloved pets, JoJo, Sammy and George.
