Charlotte L. Feagin, 84, passed away June 18, 2014, in Arlington. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph.
She was a devoted member of the Rebekah Lodge in Greenville. She is survived by two sisters, JoAnn Boston and Juanita Vaughn; one brother, Lawrence Kimball; and a host of family and friends.
