

Clarence Blocker was born on July 23, 1940 to Mr. Blocker and Virginia Taylor.
He attended school in fort wort ISD and graduated from Dunbar high school in 1958.
He was bonder at Bell Helicopter for 45 years and retired in 2010.
Clarence married Vivian Ann Davis on June 26, 1961 and to that union 2 kids was born. Laquicia Bell and Tony Ray Blocker. He met his second wife Bobbie Stafford in 1973 and they married on December 6, 1979 and he became a step father to Shirley Schoolfield. Clarence and Bobbie remained married until her death on March 5, 2018.
Clarence enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Traveling the world with his wife, bowling, skating, doing puzzles, working in his yard and going to church.
Clarence attended Heritage Heights Holy Church under Pastor Glenn E. Rogers, Sr. He was a sunday school teacher and a Deacon for more than 30 years until he was diagnosed with Dementia in 2019.
Clarence Blocker answered the Master's call on January 21, 2022 in fort worth, Tx. He is preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Burroughs; wife, Bobbie Blocker; sisters, Mary Katherine Rucker, Linda Harrison and Joyce Phillips
Those who are left to cherish his precious memories are his children, Laquicia Bell, Shirley Schoolfield and Tony Ray Blocker; grandchildren, Bridgette, Renard, Kirk, Brachell, Chris, Demetrius, Justina and Tony, Jr; brother, Freddie Burroughs, Sr. (Wanda); 14 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends
