Curtis Jean Porter, age 74, of Tampa, Florida, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 4th, surrounded by loved ones. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend,Curtis touched countless lives with her warmth, strength, and unwavering love.
Born on April 5, 1951, to the late Willie C and Eartha Miller, Curtis was a woman of grace, resilience, and deep compassion. She was proud of her education and accomplishments, having graduated from Bethune-Cookman College with a bachelor's degree.
She is survived by her husband, Albert Pinchem; her three children, Larry Hall, Volya Helm and her husband Kevin Helm, and Anya Bienemy and her husband Leander Bienemy; her six cherished grandchildren; her loving brother, Willie Miller, and his wife, Dawn; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews and cousins who brought her great joy.
Curtis will be remembered for her gentle spirit, generous heart, and her love for shopping, especially when it meant finding something thoughtful for someone she loved. Her family was her greatest pride, and she
leaves behind a legacy of kindness, devotion, and unconditional love. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life will be held to honor her remarkable journey graveside in Tampa, Fl.
