Dale was born March 17, 1949 in Gainesville, FL. Dale worked several years as a manager at car dealerships, then moved to the non-profit corporation, City Square of Dallas for 12 years as a director of the thrift store. Last seven years he was retired and pampering two dogs, Chloe and Buddy; as well as, maintaining yards to support birds, squirrels, etc.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay Ernest and Berniece Odell Adams; and granddaughter, Sydney.
Dale is survived by his wife, Lisa Coleen Cannon; children, Courtney Schreiber and husband, David, Christopher Adams, Nicole Crowder and wife, Jennifer, Josh Adams and wife, Paige; and grandchildren, Andrew, Ellie, Nate, Max, Bubba, Hannah, Dawson, Hope, and Hadlee.
