Born October 1rst, 1933 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was the only child of Earl and Minnie Lee Taylor. He was known for the joy he gave those who knew him and never met a stranger. He loved to travel and had been to many wide and far places. He loved cooking for family and friends. He attended Polytechnic High School and Graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in criminal justice. He worked as a Texas state health inspector for 30 years and was in the navy for 4 years. He and his wife Patsy took early retirement and enjoyed traveling. He and Patsy were married for 57 years and enjoyed their life together.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Baughman; children, Tom Martin, David Martin, and Kevin Taylor. He had two grandsons, David Taylor and Josh Martin; along with one granddaughter, Kristen. He was the proud great-grandfather of eight.
He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Annette Taylor.
