Frances Elizabeth Meyer was born Frances Elizabeth Price on July 28th, 1947 to Robert E. Lee Price and Lula Mable Price. Frances was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and great grandmother (also known as Grandma Sugar) a name given to her by her family because she was a sweet and hands on grandma.
Frances is survived by her loving son Brent (Denise) Ellerd, stepdaughter Mindy Meyer, and stepson Mitch Meyer; four grandchildren Lea Byrd, Tori (Travis) Sharp, Ana (Manny) Perez, and Christopher Ellerd; and 3 great grandchildren Nikki Byrd, Ryker Byrd, and Molly Meyer.
Frances is preceded in death by her husband Michael Meyer, parents Robert E. Lee and Lula Mable Price, brother Jay W. Price, sweet daughter Sandra (Ellerd) Harmonson, and baby Stephen Ray Ellerd.
