Frank was born Jan. 2, 1949, in Dearborn, Mich. He was very patriotic and proudly served in the Army from 1968-1971 and moved to Texas when his service ended. He was an avid sports fan, enjoyed wood working and could make or repair just about anything. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was an excellent cook, and truly loved helping other people. He really enjoyed his time off since retiring from the city of Fort Worth Dept. of Engineering in 2009.
Survivors: Loving wife of 26 years, Dana; son, Frank Frasier Jr. and wife, Wendy; stepson, Josh Worsham; stepdaughter, Sheila O'Dell and husband, Jeff; brother, Paul Frasier and wife, Evelyn; and several grandkids.
