

Frank was born January 6, 1936 in Friendship, TN to James Gordon and Ruby Bell Rice Green. He served his country, joining the Air Force in 1954 during Korean War and was honorably discharged in 1958. Thereafter, he worked in TV electronics for a couple of local businesses and retired in the late 1990s.
He married Evelyn Louise Minter on March 29, 1957 at Carswell Air Force Base.
He knew the moment he met her that he wanted to marry her. From there they raised two children, Gala and Phillip.
Frank enjoyed watching the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys. He loved music, sports, spending time with family, and a really good steak.
He was preceded in death by his son Michael, his father, James Gordon, his mother, Ruby Bell, his wife Louise, his three brothers, Naufleet Woodside, James M. Green, Carroll L. (Buck) Green, and his sister, Billye Katherine Jackson.
He is survived by his two children, Gala and Phillip, a sister, Bettye Duncan, and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday June 3, 2021 on 2:00 pm at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth, Texas, 76134.
