A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 15th, 2020, at 10:00 am at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel, 7301 E. Lancaster, Fort Worth, Texas 76112.
Allen was born January 3, 1949 in Fort Worth, where he remained a lifetime resident. He attended Poly High School, class of ’67, and Texas Wesleyan University, class of ’72. Allen was a proud member of Handley DeMolay and a Master Mason with the Masonic Lodge 1341.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Pam, son Allen Jr. and wife Debbie, daughter Megan Batchelder and husband Joseph, grandchildren Violet and Daisy Norris, and Logan and Henry Batchelder. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Deidra Koenig Norris.
The family would like to thank Dr. Joseph Cappel, Dr. Steve Simpson, and the staff at U.S. Renal (East Fort Worth) for their care and concern.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for the grandchildren’s education funds.
