

Glenn H. Glazier passed away quietly on January 15, 2016 at home with his family by his side after a lengthy illness. Graveside service: 1 PM Tuesday at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. He was the youngest of nine children to Charles and Verna Glazier. Glenn graduated from New Philadelphia High School and left Ohio to attend college at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. After graduating with a degree in Political Science he enlisted in the US Air Force and served in the Korean War. Upon his return he was stationed at James Connolly Air Force Base in Waco, Texas where he met and married the love of his life, Linda. Early in his career Glenn and Linda moved to Fort Worth, where they raised two children. He worked for A.C. Nielsen Company in Marketing Research and retired after thirty years. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and four sisters. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Linda; daughter Dianna Adamek and husband John of Fort Worth; son, Don Glazier and wife Amy of Plano; grandchildren, Stephen Adamek, Michael Glazier and fiancé Caroline, Maggie Glazier; nieces and nephews, Joyce Frank, Jean Danielsen, Patti Brinkley, Spence Benbow; other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
