Hilario Velasquez

Larry grew up in South Fort Worth, where he met the love of his life, raised five children and successfully owned & operated Velasquez Paint & Body for many years until he chose to retire. Larry was perfectly imperfect with a big heart and strong soul that proved steadfast to the end as he devoted his final years to caring for his beautiful wife of 64 years.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Hilario T. and Caroline S. Velasquez: His four brothers, Paul, Jesse, David & Edward Velasquez and Grandson, Dimitrios Guiatas.

He is survived by his wife, Rosetta B. Velasquez and his five children and family; Cindy Lopez and her husband (Carlos), Vicky Velasquez, Larry Velasquez III and his wife (Delia), Laura Castillo and her husband (Gabriel) and Rosalie Pinto and her husband (Maqueo). His three sisters and family; Mary Espiricueta and husband (Anselmo), Dolores Cruz and her husband (Albert), Rosie Garza and her husband (Ector). He also leaves behind 17 grandchildren, 37 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great, Great Grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
