He is survived by his children daughter Sandra Emeigh (husband Charles) daughter Jamie Rhodes (husband Wayne) Son Kim Flowers, son Keith Flowers (wife Lisa) son Kevin Flowers (wife Cindy).
He was preceded in death by his Wife Billie Flowers and Son Kendall Flowers.
He was blessed with 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild
A visitation for Horace will be held Thursday, August 19, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Laurel Land Funeral Home, in Fort Worth. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park.
