Jack was born Jan 19,1927, in Dallas. He was a resident of Fort Worth for over 50 years. Jack retired from Central Freight Lines in 1986. He was preceded in death by his wife Woodene Snow Hamil, and daughter, Carol Elaine Hamil.
Survivors: Son, Scott Hamil and wife, Dianna; grandchildren, Amanda, Adam and wife, Amanda, Chris and David; five great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Daphene Flagg and husband, Herb, and Bama Rager and husband, Dick; and many nieces and nephews.
