The Lord welcomed home an authentic cowboy on Tuesday, August 9, 2016. Jack Thomas Strange was born in Houston to Emil and Ottie Stange on May 30, 1941. The family will honor his memory with a Celebration of Life on Friday at 2:00 pm at Laurel Land Chapel of the Chimes in Fort Worth. The family will accept guests from 1 pm until 2 pm. Cowboy Jack as he was fondly known to many of his family and friends, his passions were baby horses, building his cowboy inspired furniture and his children. He is preceded in death by parents, siblings, Harold Strange, Pat Strange, Bill Strange. He left his memory to be cherished by his wife of 33 years, Janice; children, Shannon Strange, Shawn Strange, Shari Farmer, Scott Strange, Scott Rea; beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Judy Richards, Paul Strange.
