Service: 11 a.m. Monday at Laurel Land Chapel of Chimes. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Laurel Land Fort Worth.
James was born Jan. 22, 1948, in North Carolina. James was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a supportive husband and father and was always there for his family. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved to go hunting, fishing, camping, playing pool and taking vacation trips with family and friends. He retired from TXU/Encor at the age of 57 and worked there since he was 19 years old.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dee Galloway; father, Lewis Galloway; and wife, Jane Galloway.
Survivors: James is survived by his son, Scott Galloway; daughter, Pam Summitt; grandchildren, Katrina, Austin, Isabella, Kendall and Kinsley; great-grandchildren, Leland, Bentley and Bristin; brother, Gary Galloway.
