

She was married to the love of her life Jimmy Bryan Cason on December 7, 1957 in Ft. Worth. Jan said she was born to be a homemaker and a mother.
Her other endeavors were hobbies: Teaching; Music; Tennis; Reading; Volunteering
A gifted writer, Jan loved to read and enjoyed going to her local book club. She touched the lives of so many special needs children at the horse ranch she loved to volunteered at. She was a talented singer and was a proud member of the Mansfield Methodist Church Choir. Jan was always up for a adventure and loved to travel both here and abroad.
She is preceded in death by her parents Perry and Dauththula Walker and her brother Jerry Charles Walker.
She is survived by her son Kurt Anson Cason and spouse Debbie Zimmerman, Grandson Adam Zimmerman, great granddaughter Kennedy, her sister in law Pam Walker and niece Julie Jan Walker.
Every person who met Jan loved her. She will be missed. She was the light of her family's life and that light now shines in heaven.
