

Joe Louis Campbell was born May 11,1941 to Ida and Earnest Campbell in Marshall, Texas. After Ida passed, his father moved to Fort Worth and married Willie Mary in 1967. He died on November 23,2024 with Tashae and Rena’ at his side.
Joe served in the Army for 4 years which provided duty and discipline in his life. He married Freddie Rena White in 1978 and they raised 2 beautiful children Tashae, and Stephen Joe. He was a retired Cement Finisher, and could go down a hi-way telling you what part he played in its completion.
As a resident of Fort Worth, TX for over 40 years, he was known in Stop-Six community, to all his family and friends as being an avid, die-hard Dallas Cowboy fan. His dedication was so strong that everything he owned reflected Dallas Cowboys. So much so, that he had a Cowboys museum in his home.
His closing phrase in any conversation was Go Cowboys!
He was preceded in death by his son, Stephen Joe,(2014); his father Earnest. Mothers- Ida Campbell, Willie Mary Campbell, brothers, Earnest Campbell, and Elmer Ray Williams.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter Tashae White, Siblings; Goldia Mays Shubbie , of California and Arthur (Skip)Smith of Houston. His grandchildren- Joseph, Immanuel, Zoe. Great-grand-son Niko. A forever Friend Dana Burks; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
