Visitation: You may visit Joe from noon-5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family will receive guests from 7-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Burial: Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Survivors: his loving wife, Jestina Richardson; children, Lorenzo Cook, Ronald Cook, Monica McClarty (Kenneth), Pamela Bradford (Renaldo) and Eric Cook (Pamela); a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
