Jack was born on July 4, 1927 in Stowe Twp., PA. He served in the US Army and was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he received his bachelor and law degrees. He was admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania. He was employed by property and casualty insurance companies before retiring in 1989.
Jack is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Dolores “Dory” Shannon D’Amico, as well as his father, mother, and two sisters. He is survived by two sons, Scott of Fort Worth, TX and Brian of Phoenix, AZ.
