John was born on January 5, 1929 in Pilot Point, TX to John and Florence "Willis" Langley. He was proud to be a Korean War Army veteran. Formerly a Fort Worth motorcycle officer, he was retired from the Tarrant County Sheriff's Department as a confinement officer. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers baseball fan. He liked to fish and spend time with his family. He especially liked going to breakfast on Sunday with Brenda and brother Bill. He and Brenda attended Oasis Church in Saginaw.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Sunrise Healthcare, especially Cindy and Margaret, best friends, Tolly and Wanda Pope and Brother Randy.
Preceded in death by his parents, sister, Edna; son, Brent Langley; and step-son, James Clark.
Survivors: Wife, Brenda Clark; son, Keith Langley; step-son, Brian Clark; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Tom Langley (Barbara) and Vernon Langley (Alice); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
