José Arturo Balbuena Mendoza, was born to Luis Balbuena Sanchez and Josefina Mendoza Pliego on December 19, 1960. He went to school in Chietla, Puebla. He married Lucia Balbuena on January 26, 1992 in Chietla, Puebla. He graduated from Universidad Autónoma Puebla. He worked as a warehouse associate for Medi-Dyne for about 3 years.
José Arturo Balbuena Mendoza is preceded in death by his father, Luis Balbuena Sánchez, sister, Patricia Balbuena Flores and brother, Jose Luis Balbuena.
José Arturo Balbuena Mendoza is survived by his wife, Lucia Balbuena, children, Valeria Vivas, Daniel Balbuena, and Israel Balbuena; grandchildren, Adrian Vivas, Isabella Vivas, and Dimitri Balbuena;mother, Josefina Balbuena Mendoza; brothers and sisters, Angelica Balbuena, Josefina Balbuena, Elvira Balbuena, Yolanda Balbuena, Gabriela Balbuena, Jorge Balbuena, and Oscar Balbuena.
